Since I could only use 9 recipes I mostly choose recipes that normally would have a lot of carbs in them. Of course, that’s because they are the hardest to find. It’s pretty easy if you know how to boil cauliflower and throw some stuff in the food processor and turn it on. This will make a really good Keto mashed potatoes and gravy to go with whatever main dish you have for Christmas dinner.

Then you scoop them onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Then the hardest part is waiting for them to chill. They taste good when they are warm but they taste a whole lot better when they are chilled. So be patient, I know it will be hard.

These low carb cream cheese cookies can either be cut into shapes with cookie cutters, pressed with a cookie press or rolled into a roll and sliced with a knife. Don’t be afraid of the Sukrin, it is just Erythritol and a tiny bit of Stevia. If you want to frost them you can use this Keto Frosting Recipe. It’s made with almond milk, Swerve confectioner’s sugar and almond extract.
