The filling is made with cream cheese, strawberries and whipping cream. It is frozen hence, the name, icebox pie.
It’s is made pretty easily. The filling ingredients are made in a blender while the crust is baking. When the crust is cool you put the filling inside the crust and freeze it. You need only let it thaw for 10 minutes before you can eat it.
