When I compiled these Paleo recipes I could see you, rushing home from work, dropping yourself in a chair and saying to yourself, “What am I gonna make for dinner tonight? I am so tired I could die right now.” If this describes you, you’re set for almost two months.
Of course, some of these quick, easy Paleo recipes are quicker and easier than others. A few recipes have eggs, which some people think can only be eaten for breakfast, but that isn’t true. Eggs are very quick and easy to make and they make an awesome meal in the evening. Who has time to make eggs for breakfast anyway? I don’t most days.
