1. Crock Pot Chili Verde – My Natural Family
This is the best soup to make and eat on a cold winter day. The meat is easy because all you do is cut a pork roast into pieces. This is made in a crock pot but you could easily simmer this in a covered pot on the stove top for about 2 hours. You may need to add more chicken broth if too much of the liquid boils off. I made this for my brother’s wedding dinner and everyone loved it. He told his new wife that I am a really good cook. Thanks Bro!
2. All Meat Veggie Chili – Laura Fuentes
This chili is so hearty with all the meat and veggies that you won’t even miss the beans. Your belly and your digestive system will thank you. I know mine will, that’s for sure. Laura tweaked the seasonings in this chili for more than two years. She says it’s the perfect balance of heat and smokiness that she has come up with. Let’s all give it a try!
3. Paleo Chili – Bakerita
Ground Beef – Italian Sausage – Bacon – Tomatoes – Tomato Paste – Onion – Red Bell Pepper – Beef Stock – Garlic – Oregano – Cumin – Paprika – Basil – Garlic Powder – Onion Powder – Real Salt – Black Pepper – Cayenne Pepper
This chili has some additions that some don’t. It has Italian sausage and bacon added which I’m sure it gives it a lot of good flavors. I love to add Italian sausage to a lot of my dishes that also have ground beef in them. I add it to marinara sauce and meatloaf for example.
4. White Chicken Chili – Health Starts in the Kitchen
Chicken Breasts – Onion – Celery – Bell Peppers – Potato Starch – Coconut Milk – Butter – Chili Powder – Cumin – Crushed Red Pepper – Real Salt – White Pepper – Garlic Powder – Onion Powder – Avocadoes
I love white chicken chili. For some reason, I think I just get tired of always having tomato sauce. It’s nice to have something similar but different for a change. The coconut milk makes this possible. I love how the chicken adds all the protein I need and the spices add all the flavor I want. I love the avocado with it. I think the flavors are perfect together.
5. Paleo Chili – The Movement Menu
This is some interesting ingredients. The bone broth adds some much-needed nutrients. The coffee, on the other hand, is something I’m going to have to let you try and let me know if you like it. I don’t do coffee but I’ve heard that it adds some interesting flavor. Tell me about it. Do you like coffee added to dishes like this? I’ve seen recipes with coffee added to a lot of different things.
6. Slow Cooker Jalapeno Chili – Easy GF Recipes
This has squash added to it. Both zucchini squash and acorn squash plus carrots. I’ve added summer squash to my taco soup before and I love it. My taco soup is very similar to this chili without beans because I don’t add beans to my taco soup either. They don’t agree with my digestive system. I’m sure this is very good and quite nutritious.
7. Chorizo Sweet Potato Chili – Paleo Running Mama
Sausage – Sweet Potatoes – Bacon – Chorizo Sausage – Tomatoes – Onion – Ghee – Real Salt – Tomato Sauce – Chili Powder – Cumin – Smoked Paprika – Garlic Powder – Cayenne Pepper – Green Onion – Avocado
I love how all of these chili recipes are different with different added ingredients. This one has sweet potatoes and two kinds of sausage. I’ve discovered that these chili recipe without beans are very diverse. You can make them with pretty much anything you can think up. Maybe I should try making one with whatever is in the frig. It would probably be good. Afterall with all these hot spices, you aren’t going to notice a little sweet potato.

Garlic Powder – Chili Powder – Onion Powder – Cumin – Paprika – Real Salt – Black Pepper – Oregano – Chicken Thighs – Green Chilies – Onion – Parsnip – Abodo Pepper – Garlic – Chicken Stock – Avocado – Tomatoes – Cilantro
Here is another white chicken chili but it has tomatoes and avocados on top. I think it would be rather tasty. The green chilies are a wonderful addition. What about the parsnip? I’ve tried parsnips is Paleo stew and roast and didn’t really like it. Do you like parsnips? I’ve seen them take the place of potatoes but never beans before.
9. Sweet Potato and Plantain Chili – Jessi’s Kitchen
Now, this is a good idea. Adding plantains in place of beans. That could work nicely. Which of all these Paleo Chili Recipes are you going to try first? They are all so similar and yet so different. I think it all depends on what you like to add to fill you up to take the place of beans. Be it winter squash, plantains, parsnips, zucchini, or coffee. Which is your favorite?
