    I’m very new to the paleo diet. what is this bone broth? What type of bones do you use and what do you use it for? I’m trying very hard to change and become healthy, but there is still so much for me to learn … Is there a good cook book I could buy that will help. And any other reading material. This isn’t as easy as I thought it was going to be,

    Do you make bone broth? I am on a quest to find a definitive answer about how to cook for bone broth. I have been using a pressure cooker for years but others say 24 hours in a crock pot is best. Any ideas/input? If it is suggested to use a crock pot, that probably wouldn’t be done too often – I don’t feel comfortable leaving the crock pot going without supervision.
