When I first started doing research on this topic…I was a little distraught. I don’t know about your kids but my kids like to eat sugar…and carbs and lots of things that aren’t good for them. So finding a recipe based on the paleolithic diet was a little harder than I thought. But the more I looked the more I realized that there are recipes that can be changed (probably without their notice) to a healthier more “paleo-friendly” recipe, and they are already a kid friendly food!
