Below is an index of all the gluten-free recipes on My Natural Family. I try hard to create recipes that are easy with simplified instructions. And the best part – they taste good. You won’t miss the gluten at all (well, at least I hope you won’t. . .)
I eat gluten-free myself a lot of the time and my Mom is very diligent about staying away from gluten. She can really notice a difference in the way she feels. She is very disciplined and doesn't even use a lot of gluten-free flour in her recipes. She just stays away from foods that would normally have gluten in them. That means she eats a lot of meat, rice, potatoes and fruits and vegetables.
My mother is extremely diligent about staying away from sugar. She's hypoglycemic and used to be pre-diabetic but because she stays away from gluten and sugar she isn't pre-diabetic anymore. She has lost a lot of weight too and kept it off without even trying because gluten and sugar are the foods that make you gain weight. Gluten-free really is a healthy lifestyle.
I think it's a great lifestyle change for everyone whether they're allergic or even sensitive to gluten anyway. Carbs are what contain gluten and we all know that carbs just turn into sugar while you're digesting them so it makes a lot of sense.
I have a lot of gluten-free recipes together right here and I think you'll be happy you found them. It is hard to find a variety of gluten-free recipes, I know because my Mom eats a lot of the same things over and over. She's been very happy to try some of my recipes out for me and I'm sure you'll be glad you did too.
